Northern - Annual District Image Critique
About this event
In preparation for the VPPA Annual Image Competition on February 22nd, Northern District will be hosting a critique on Zoom on January 21st at 7 pm. This is a member benefit for our district and there is no cost associated with it.
Three PPA approved jurors will be online with us to evaluate and critique images in preparation for the Virginia annual image competition:

This critique is designed to help members refine their competition images (not for general photography feedback). If you're new to this style of image competition, this is a great opportunity to observe and learn!
Submission Guidelines
- Up to six images per Northern district member. Other district members may submit images and if there is time, those will also be critiqued.
- Files must be:
- Longest side at 4000 pixels
- JPG, quality 10
- Embedded color space: sRGB or AdobeRGB 1998
- File name: Image title (if the title contains punctuation, include the title in your email).
- Include the image category in your email.
- RAW files are not accepted for this critique.
Email your images to Gwen Meehan, Northern District Director, with the subject line: “Northern Image Critique.”
