About this event

Form Camera to Content

In this hands-on 3-hour session, you’ll learn a clear, repeatable process to create short, effective videos using the camera you already own. No extra gear, no complicated settings, and no unnecessary theory. This class will build on last year’s class but you do not need to have attended the class.

The focus is on doing, not just learning. You’ll shoot, edit, and leave with a finished video you can actually use for social media, marketing, or client communication. This workshop is built for photographers who want clarity, confidence, and a simple workflow they can repeat without overthinking. This class will have added emphasis on using CapCut to efficiently prepare and process video for immediate practical use. Note CapCut is free software.

What You’ll Learn

  • How to set up your camera for clean, consistent video (no guesswork)
  • How to shoot simple, usable clips without needing a gimbal or extra gear
  • How to frame and capture vertical video for modern platforms
  • A basic storytelling structure for short, engaging videos
  • How to edit quickly in CapCut (desktop) without getting stuck
  • A repeatable workflow from idea ? shoot ? edit ? export
  • How to create video content you can actually use within 24–48 hours
Al will demonstrate how you can effortlessly edit, polish, and share your videos with clients, friends, and family.
