When: Thursday December 17th, 2026, is our Holiday Gathering
Time: 6:30 PM -10 PM
Where: Kings Charter Clubhouse, 9407 Kings Charter Drive, Mechanicsville, VA
We are changing things up this year. The Kings Charters Clubhouse has a full kitchen facility and great meeting space. Since the Holiday Season is a season of sharing, we would like to do a potluck this year.
This is a great event each year for Capital. We are looking forward to another exciting party. We will continue two of our traditional events:
- Tacky Christmas Sweater contest
- Crazy Gift Exchange ($20 limit) bring one and leave with one – You never know what amazing things will appear
We are also in the midst of planning several holiday themed games. If you have any suggestions or ideas, please let us know. And…if you would like to set up and lead a game even better.
Please get the date on your calendar now, December 17, 2026!
Please register on Club Express no later than Wednesday December 10
