Join Jeff Dachowski for a landscape photography adventure exploring the beautiful scenery surrounding the Blacksburg/Christiansburg area of our Commonwealth.
The day begins with an early morning field session (pre dawn departure, weather permitting), where Jeff will guide participants in finding, photographing, and discussing the natural world and the qualities of light that bring a landscape to life.
After returning from the field, the class will transition into a classroom session where Jeff will share scenic imagery from his travels around the world and demonstrate his approach to post processing using photographs created during the morning session. Because this class is built around weather and natural light, the exact timing of the day may vary slightly.
Please bring your camera, tripod, coffee, card reader, and laptop computer to take full advantage of this immersive day of photography and learning with Jeff.
